All items are sent USPS or UPS and are uninsured.  To request insurance for your item (s), please email karen@magnoliacharlie.com to let her know.
UPS automatically insures packages up to $100, anything over that amount can be added to shipping cost.
USPS doesn't insure, we have to add to shipping cost if you would like insured. 
 We would be happy to accommodate you. 

Magnolia Charlie is not responsible for items lost or stolen items in the mail.  

For IN STORE PICKUP, please choose "no shipping" at checkout.  This will deduct the shipping cost and your order will be here at MAGNOLIA CHARLIE, ready for pickup. If you like, please call us when driving by and we would be happy to bring your package out to you.  949-673-0066.
